Adrasteia Temperature Map

The above is a map created using ProFantasy Software's Fractal Terrains program. It shows the temperature on the third planet of the Upsilon Aquarius system, named Adrasteia by the crew of United Near-Earth Stellar Survey Program Mission 842, Frank Tipler. The dark regions at the poles of the planet indicate regions of deep cold. The two equatorial "basins" near the equator contain the warmest regions, with average temperatures coming within a degree or two of freezing (0°C, 32°F, 273°K, 193 Adjusted Planck Degrees).
